Academic Programs

We believe that if a child isn't learning, we aren't teaching.

We believe that if a child isn't learning, we aren't teaching.

We teach concepts and coach skills to fluency, continuously reforming our methods to optimize learning success for each individual.

We create our curriculum from highly tested and researched materials, and we revise it each time our learners show us a better way to teach. We do what works. And we throw out what doesn't.

Assessment Consultation

There is no better way to determine good fit than To spend some real time together.

At Flex Academics, we tailor our consultation process to fit modern needs by offering fully remote, personalized support starting from the very first contact.

You’ll start with an in-depth intake process with founder & learning coach, Amy Evans.

Step 2: Student Assessment Session (Remote or In-Person)

After the parent call, I will schedule a focused assessment session with your student. This step helps me understand your child's current skills, strengths, and areas for growth. The assessment can be conducted remotely via virtual tools or in-person if preferred.

Step 3: Follow-Up and Personalized Plan

Following the assessment, I will review the findings with you and answer any questions. Together, we will develop a customized tutoring plan designed to maximize your child's progress and confidence.

Process:

Step 1: Initial Parent Consultation (Remote Call)

Your first consultation is a one-on-one phone or video call with me, where we discuss your child's unique learning needs, academic history, and your family's goals and concerns. This call allows us to explore how Flex Academics can support your child’s learning journey.
